Moving from Grief to a “New Normal” (Part 2)

Finding the Otherside of Grief-2016 jpgYou are encouraged to create a “new normal” in life after loss, but you aren’t quite sure what that means. It’s true we are changed from the inside out by significant loss. But life, in general, has changed and you question, “Who am I now?” The success of your transformation to a “new normal” requires building your self-esteem, identifying your grief strengths and weaknesses through self-assessments, and determining your core values. Join us on the journey and gain control over your grief. This group is a follow-up to our first group How Grief Changes your Life which we recommend you attend first. However, someone who has already grieved for a period of time may be ready to join us in Part 2. Pre-register now… and call if you have questions about joining this 4-week group.

Program Objectives:

  1. What are the truths about a “new normal”?
  2. How do I get “unstuck” from holding on to my grief?
  3. How can I re-build my self esteem?
  4. What are the signs that can tell me I’ve done my grief work?
